By enrolling in a recurring tuition payment plan, you authorize the designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to your approved tuition rate and billing schedule.

Your first payment is generally processed when you activate your subscription. Subsequent payments are automatically scheduled according to your selected plan.

Families receiving approved tuition adjustments or subsidy assistance must use their registered Parent Portal account to access applicable pricing.

Parents are responsible for reviewing their tuition amount before completing checkout and notifying administration of any discrepancies.

Weekly tuition payments must be successfully processed before the upcoming school week. Outstanding or unsuccessful payments must be resolved by Sunday at 9:00 PM Central Time.

Failure to resolve outstanding tuition payments may result in additional fees or restrictions on student attendance, subject to the academy's enrollment agreement, applicable policies, and law.

 

4. Payment Authorization and Subscription Management

By purchasing a recurring tuition plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your selected payment method may be charged automatically according to your billing schedule.

• Declined or unsuccessful payments remain your financial responsibility.
