At Eagles Academy, we are committed to partnering with families to provide a purposeful start to your child’s educational journey. We have standardized our enrollment funnel to ensure every family is well-prepared, vetted, and informed about our policies before the first day of school.
4-Step Enrollment
Pre-Assessment Form
Parents submit basic information and developmental needs assessments online so staff can evaluate individual requirements.

Discovery & Evaluation
New Families: On-site tour and evaluation interview.
Returning Families: Mandatory virtual orientation.

Formal Acceptance & Documentation
Accepted families receive an official acceptance email from the Academy Administrator with fillable PDF onboarding forms.

Virtual Orientation & Student Acclimation
Attendance at a Thursday 6:00 PM virtual orientation prior to the start date.

Smooth Transitions & Policies
We want your child’s transition to Eagles Academy to be safe, joyful, and stress-free. To help our new students adjust and maintain a consistent learning environment, please review our essential transition and attendance policies below.
First-Time Student Acclimation
(Half-Day Policy)
To prevent overwhelm and build confidence in a new environment, all first-time students attend half-days for their first two days of enrollment.
Why We Do It: A full day in a new environment can be sensory overload for young children. A shorter initial schedule helps them build trust with teachers and look forward to returning.
Schedule Note: Your child will attend through lunch during their first 2 days. Full-day attendance begins on day three.
Leaving the Nest
First-Day Drop-Off Protocol
On your child’s first day, drop-off occurs at the front entrance. Parents are restricted from entering the facility or classroom during drop-off.
How It Works: A dedicated staff member will greet you and your child at the front door, welcome them warmly, and guide them to their classroom.
Why We Do It: Experience shows that long goodbyes and parents lingering in classrooms significantly increase separation anxiety and disrupt the group. A quick, loving drop-off at the door helps children settle in much faster.
Potty Training (Ages 3 & Up)
Requirements & Independence
To maintain health standards and teacher-to-child ratios, students enrolled in potty-trained classrooms must be fully potty trained prior to their first day.
What "Fully Potty Trained" Means at Eagles Academy:

Self-Awareness: The child can recognize and verbally express the need to use the restroom before an accident occurs.

Independence: The child can pull their own pants and underwear down and up without physical assistance.

Hygiene: The child can handle wiping, flushing, and handwashing independently (or with minimal verbal guidance).

Attire: The child must wear regular underwear. Diapers, pull-ups, or training pants are not permitted in potty-trained classrooms.
