Automatic Renewal Disclaimer: By selecting a recurring payment plan, you authorize Eagles Academy Dothan to automatically charge your selected payment method each week at your approved tuition rate. Payments will continue until your subscription is canceled or modified by administration. Any changes to your tuition rate will be communicated in advance. Please contact administration with questions or to request changes to your payment plan.
Weekly Tuition Payments & Automatic Billing
Eagles Academy Dothan has made weekly tuition payments easier through our secure Parent Portal!

When you enroll in your weekly tuition plan, your first payment will be processed at checkout. Your payment method will then be charged automatically each week on your scheduled billing day.
Weekly Payment Schedule
Tuition is collected in advance for the upcoming school week.
We encourage all families to activate their tuition plans on Thursday to establish a consistent weekly payment schedule.
Resolve all outstanding or unsuccessful weekly tuition payments by Sunday at 9:00 PM Central Time before the upcoming school week.
Important Payment Reminder
Please ensure your payment method is current and sufficient funds are available for your scheduled automatic payment.

Failure to successfully process your weekly tuition payment may result in additional fees and/or your child being unable to attend Eagles Academy for the upcoming school week.

If your payment is declined, you are responsible for contacting administration and resolving the outstanding balance before the Sunday deadline.
Before Activating Your Plan
Please make sure you are signed into your Parent Portal using the email address associated with your Eagles Academy member account.

Families approved for special tuition pricing will see their assigned rate when logged into the correct account.
